Many of the Brokerage Houses I have found not to be fast when it comes to revising there position. MRO had a solid quarter but it is my belief Barclays may not reevaluate it's position proactively and may take a wait and see attitude before changing their Overweight valuation.

Marathon Oil Is Maintained at Overweight by Barclays.
