so....the otbshortinterest list is nonsense? then why bother having it? it is not nonsense....when you see trades of ngbl going through at .0001, that is a short selling transaction...no one has any shares of ngbl to sell at .0001...you cant buy ngbl at .0001 short selling and short interest are the same...look at the otbshortinterest site for NGBL. that selling at ngbl at .0001 is short selling and is recorded as short interest...regardless, the buys of ngbl out number the sells of ngbl every day....meaning ngbl is being accumulated. eom
