I believe that's the main reason why Kosmos went to court trying to force ERHE to make a deal.



Why would they try to make a deal with an insolvent, bankrupt company (that just hasn't filed yet), over a block that has no oil, and is hardly worth anything… according to some posters here?

That is a good question indeed.

We know one thing for sure: Kosmos did indeed sue…
