That alone could take us to 1$ with a 10% yield

SIAF doesn't deserve a yield as "low" as 10%...

With time, after they have honoured the first 2-3 dividends and fixed the TRW-distribution mess, we might get the yield down to 10%, but I seriously doubt we will see a PPS at $1 this year.

I hope we do, and it is possible, but I don't think it is very probable.

What will happen to the pps if they release a new record date for the Tri-way distribution after we already got 1$???

Merkur dropped 1NOK when the ex date passed, so what happens to the PPS when we get the new record date for the TRW-distribution depends on whether Solomon has any credibility left. If we get the record-date before the cash dividend the PPS might ignore it "completely" (i.e less than 1NOK, which is still a decent gain from the current PPS, but nowhere where it should be). If we get the record date after the first cash-dividend is paid, and there is 100% certainty that they have fixed the issues as well as published TRWs annual report, then we might see a nice rally.
