The lack of volume and liquidity/availabilty in the US market makes this almost unavailable to US buyers. Today 7600 shares in UEXCF in four trades. Pretty much not available unless one is looking for stocking stuffers. I have sought 10k buys for the last couple weeks every day, often well above the ask and no deal. Send some shares south.
