So I'll say this.. I look back on the daily chart and see a 3 day stretch where approximately 350million shares traded @.0001/2. I have the craziest notion to believe those are held by Doherty and he has plans to convert them to preferred shares to reduce the common. That alone will boost the SP tremendously. Just take a look at the way this stock moves on such low volume. This is a rarity in the OTC and especially a sub penny.. it won't be here much longer and definitely will not come back here.
