Financials are great as expected though not as impressive as last year's financials for SSOF alone, this would equate to 400k in income for the combined company. Which is great for OTC company at this price but seems this year is not nearly as profitable as prior year.

If not for the s-1 things would be chugging along nicely and this might go on another nice run but will not hold this for more than a flip until that issue is fully addressed. The deal sucks for current shareholders and the timing of everything indicates this was the plan for the get go. Bland was always involved, 10siom was the plan when 5 star was acquired and there is no going back.

I will now say some of other posters are right, my keep Morris around if you are running your own show, why not hire your own attorney. Why male reference to 10sion on your bio on the SSOF homepage, why sign documents on file with the SEC of your intent is not to go through with the deal? And if the deal doesn't happen who knows where it goes but I bet bland will be involved somehow.
