If Santulan respected the investors, a pro forma Web to Door P&L and Balance Sheet would have been posted simultaneous to the Company's acquisition announcement!

If Santulan respected the investors, the specific terms of the Web to Door acquisition would have been reported in the acquisition Press Release on July 12, 2018. How much did the SPRV shareholders fork out to acquire Web to Door?
