Lest we forget Victory Partners v Pierce.....Alessi

is playing the tried and true OTC clown games. He'll present the dirt to the Court and they'll prolly settle. Alessi will pocket the spoils.

This things needs the chill removed and a reverse, and Alessi knows it.

Victory Partners v Pierce was about Huffman shaking down Pierce for some coin. He knew Pierce hijacked this shell and Pierce had to put up or shut up, so to speak.

Too bad I didn't really figure out the whole thing until after I went before the Judge. The 125MM free trading shares from (ahem) "Mr. Friendly" was nothing but hush money to keep Huffman quiet.

GL. I don't mean to be a sour puss, but I really believe Alessi is looking to shake Pierce down for his own gain, not shareholders.
