i dont know. maybe in the OTC market, but if you check UPS or FedEx or any other legit company, they dont have it. I even check the previous medical company i work with and they dont have that statement on their PR News either. Not saying that every company that have the Safe Harbor statement act is a fake company, but usually 99% of them is anyway. Google said, "In United States business law, a forward-looking statement or safe harbor statement is a statement that cannot sustain itself as merely a historical fact. A forward-looking statement predicts, projects, or uses future events as expectations or possibilities.". It's like making promises that you cant keep. Thats how i would compare the safe Harbor Act.
