This would be a great report. Reaffirms $0 convertibles. Profits (though operating costs seems to have a typo). And no mention of Bland.

However, Morris is the lawyer signing off on this.

And the financials make no mention of the LOI, the S-1, or the PR about the LOI and S-1.

So, this is pretty darn mysterious, instead of looking pretty legit.
