I violate the grammar police all the time.
No kidding.

My original point stated more directly is that if a company only has ONE testamonial to post, perhaps they should wait for a second one at least before devoting a whole slow loading changy-screen display to "Testamonials" plural. JMHO

As for "Going the extra mile" -- it could be positive. It could also have been in a sentence like "I appreciate you going the extra mile to make such a mess of my website." Hence, my opinion that the "Testamonials", such as it is, is "not even a particularly good one."
