I follow about 30 OTC scams including SPRV.
I read this quote on every one of them at least once every other a day.

Unfortunately, the SEC disagrees with that sentiment as they estimate that average annualized return on this OTC cesspool is 62% (sixt-two percent). That means for every dollar ($1.00) donated to these scams, the stock returns just .$38 (thirty-eight cents).Those numbers have been provided by the SEC, not me.
