After losing 98%, a 0.05 dividend does not seem wonderful. They are offering up brief, momentary solace for years of destruction and pain. They continue to fail on almost every level.

Sadly though, even in this, if they pay, great; if not, a new excuse will present itself as always. This excuse will be latched onto and paraded around by many here. Just look to the recent Tri-Way debacle, you have people defending them even now on it - even though this was supposed to be released back in May 2017.
