...for those who aren't too busy complaining about the past, there is a nice little uptick happening this afternoon.

Personally, while I am not happy about some previous management failures, the Q3 results look pretty good, they were released on time, and CEO reiterated intention to pay a dividend in Q4, which ends in about 45 days.

So I am happy with shares I bought recently, and glad to see some others apparently recognizing that the shares are undervalued at the current price.
