Factually it says ERHE is in dire straights.



Duh, hence the share price.

Question was/is: why is ERHC not yet bankrupt?

That is partly because of what Krombacher said… Remember: entering into a lawsuit is meaningless if one cannot survive as a company anyway…

They do not play 'nice weather' for the Ihub-crowd...
