I just had a conversation with Jim on the phone. Was very open as he has been each time I have spoken with him. A few things to take away and I won't get to much into detail.

1) Financing is going on as expected with progress being made.

2) Some Nordmin information should be coming out sooner than later. It also isn't/won't delay financing.

3) Most importantly Jim has been working with people in the government to help with all critical minerals and talking recommendations with them. There are reports out that can be put into the public eye and ones that can't. These things are working parallel to each other.

I feel very good about where things are at and glad I called as he clarified some misconceptions I had about what the company "should be doing" in my opinion. I recommend anyone who is wavering or wants clarity to call or email Jim.
