Someone please explain to me how a quaterly report is late? What is Read or his guys doing/not doing that they can’t even get this done by a specific date. I’ve never worked for anyone that would excuse this. It’s not like this has been the first time. Shareholders meetings have been cancelled 3x, filing reports have been late etc etc etc... Seriously, what an easy job. Pay me 250k and I’ll file reports when I get around to it and just submit late filing documents, I won’t provide and updates of any real substance, I’ll dilute the company stock price, I’ll ask for a 400 to 1 Reverse S/S and on and on... A LOT of people here stand to lose A LOT of money if this guy doesn’t get his stuff together. So many of us have been here literally from Day 1 with high hopes and well wishes for Read and the company and the thanks we get is a desire for a 400 to 1 Reverse S/S for being the original investors. Unbelievable.
