If TRTC has little or no chance to get listed in Canada due to its Management’s shady past, why wouldn’t TRTC stockholders entertain a new a merger agreement in which GLDFF Is in control by putting GLDFF Management in full charge, by replacing some members of TRTC Management or other appropriate measures. The merger would have a better chance to truly succeed if it included the Canadian market, which will not happen with the current TRTC Management. I hope stockholders of both companies would realize this fact. Personally, I will not consider buying either stock unless this happens.
