I wish the company and stock well, my brother in law still owns about 200k shares. However, I can't, for the life of me, figure how they can value this stock at any particular price. The company doesn't provide any information , certainly not enough to be able to understand what's going on with its business - they might as well offer .25 for the shares and take it private, and put everyone out of their misery..

That thing this morning was irrelevant, it was only 100 shares and someone just probably put in a buy order at some silly market price before they realized what they were doing.
