Yes, that .07 this morning was unfortunate. It they are authorized to do that buy back then some stop gaps should be in place to prevent the little blip because as you say the .07 is visible to all and stays on as the 52 week low even though we know it was a joke.

Consistent comments made from that recent investor blog drawing more eyes to the company was how thinly it is traded and regardless of being cash flow positive an attempt to draw smart investors in will be fruitless until they demonstrate much better liquidity. This takes communication and some excitement at what they are doing because trickling in revenue may work for the blue chips but when were in the pennies its a different reality.
