You might want to take a look at INUV. Currently trading at $1.25. They have a definitive deal to get bought out at $2.22.
Not a pinksheet scam. INUV is AMEX. The discount is probably because the acquiring company is private and the deal is a mix of cash and stock. When the deal is consummated, they will IPO shares on the NASDAQ, but until then we have to speculate as to their value.
The best guide to that value is what private equity investors paid earlier in 2018. At the current price of INUV, you'd be getting shares of CPT at half the price the private equity guys paid...
