Good point! Did you take into consideration the 166 mil shares was tendered at .0003 ? That means it cost the company half what was owed and no cash out the door. Company says it is looking for new investments, cash in the bank and less debt equals better borrowing position for acquisitions. Good for the company overall and good snag for the debt holder.
