Buyout at $2.22. Current price is a massive discount to that number.

Anyone who reads the transcript of the joint conference call hosted by the two companies will see right away that this is a deal that IS going to happen. They all but said that they already secured the investment banking support up in Toronto that they needed to get it done.

And as for the price, well that, too, is based in reality -- not some ridiculous pink-sheet nonsense. The acquiring company is paying a combination of cash and stock. The stock will consist of IPO shares as the company goes public. And the valuation is the same as that used when private equity guys invested earlier this year. Private equity usually gets sweet deals, but when you buy INUV at 1.25, you're getting more than a 50 percent discount to what private equity paid earlier this year.

But meanwhile hundreds of thousands of dollars will fly around pinkie world chasing crazy get-rich quick schemes.

Sheesh!
