I love the feeling and information in this post, but technically Rod doesn't have to follow SEC reporting guidelines as SPRV is an OTC stock which falls under FINRA regulation. For FINRA, Rod could keep pumping this scam for years and never report a financial.

Now I do believe you are correct that they will continue to stay at the bottom of the pile at triple zero's until they report financials. But even reporting financials I would have to see real profits and outstanding debt before it got into the teens.
