So i surmise that the lousy stockmarkets with numerous sectors in full bear markets (over 20% drops) have probably caused a lot of folks including big investors some margin calls or just panicked fleeing to cash. Hence even steady old PIOE has gotten hit lately.

It could also be that some folks are just wanting to buy other stuff at discounted prices and if those plays are successful some funds will come back here to move the pps back up as we get nearer to hopefully a profitable Q4.
