Very insightful Bids...
Thank you... Best is yet to Be...

With this 10Q a bigger and brighter picture begins to emerge.
I really have to hand it to RNVA. They are setting the pace for OTC. It’s very unusual to see a company design a turnaround plan of operations that combines assets and revenues with derivatives, acquisition and spinoffs with underlying toxic lending and actually make it work.

Shareholders suffer but interestingly enough are really at the initial steps of what has a very real potential for massive gains, HOWEVER, it’s still SABBY , front and center that almost certainly will pull ever single penny, nickel, dime and dollar out of every run until they are no longer involved.

The stage is set though.

Sabby knows RNVA needs cash to offset expenses and are more than willing to exchange funding for more toxic convertible debt. RNVA continues increasing revenues while decreasing expenditures and has clearly indicated its intentions to file this year for a spinoff. RNVA outstanding shares because of the reverse split are very low.

While the RNVA creative aspects of derivatives use are at best difficult to follow, they are largely going to fuel a run in a strange twist to this saga. In short, the company is being cleaned up, the spin off will position RNVA from a value perspective and the race is on.

The unknown remains to be SABBY. How the AS is used now will be very important to shareholders. Keep an eye on that warrant exercise price but don’t be fooled since Sabby will be in there making new loans with toxic convertible debts. The spinoff is a very important piece of this puzzle since it is critical to RNVA business operations. As a separate entity the labs can become real profit centers with the companion ownership of hospitals and private physician practices. This is of course why more undervalued hospitals are very attractive to RNVA going forward.

Needless to say I will hold off developing a website
