Well there you have it!
If they do file 11 they will no doubt reorganize.
They are to big and essential to fail.
I could be wrong but those are my thoughts.
Shutting off the power to residential lines would have not made a difference it appears in this case.
Why they didn't shut off the power to the big lines is something I just do not understand under the circumstances. You have high winds forecast, your considering shutting down residential lines, and you have a currently sparking power line!!!
Somebody REALLY F'ed up!
