Although, at first glance, many former ETP holders may be disappointed in the $1.22 (8.37%) dividend here and think it is not as attractive or as high as the ETP dividend was, ETP holders need to remember that we each received 1.28 shares of ET for every ETP share we held. So, we are now receiving the smaller dividend on considerably more shares, and thus are not actually receiving much, if any, less from the dividend than we received on our ETP shares.
