Does anyone know where and when we will hear about the lawsuits?

All I know is there is a hearing today sometime to determine if the lawyers can pool their clients together to form a class.

My personal opinion is the judge will say NO and throw the lawsuits out, but I am no lawyer and am not legally trained so dont take my word for it.

I would be surprised if the company releases any kind of a statement about this either way, even if its good news. I would assume they would prefer to just sweep this whole mess under the rug.

I do not have a way to check to see the status of any of this, maybe some of the other users here can help?
