There are 4400 preferred remaining which translates to another 10m shares. We are also at the 6 month mark now. The remaining preferred can be converted yielding 32m OS (about what it was last year) or the remainder can be bought back. There are scenarios where that can actually happen.

However the numbers converted are nowhere near the numbers that were being used scare people away.
