Given the past history you could be right. BUT...IF funding goes through...IF...and for all our sakes I really hope it does, as much doubt as people do have (and I don't blame anyone for having doubt thats on the company's past). If it does it will put us in a new ball game.
It's one week, stay positive, cross your fingers and toes and we may have opportunity here.

So I get where you are coming from, there has been a lot of disappointment to say the least, but negativity will get us nowhere and prevent people from investing killing any PPS movement.

There still remains a lot of potential given funding is approved.
