TXHD The company will keep this low share structure. Its a NO BRAINER because if you read the settlement agreement I have a non dilution clause in the settlement agreement. I thought they would say no but it only reassures me that shares WILL NOT be issued or equal amounts have to be added to the reserve. TXHD did not hesitate and that shows me they are going to keep this share structure tight. So getting out of litigation is good for all and now the company is free of debt and litigation on the books. I have a good feeling in my thoughts whats going to eventually happen with this company but I will sit back and watch it happen now. I've been here years and going to be very patient. I am not going to post this over and over again so read it and think about it.
