I have studied the ACMPR and find no requirements for them to have a community meeting like this. This is good community PR, and good corporate PR, and like you said....good opportunity to raise awareness of the unique state of the art processes they will be employing in cannabis cultivation....and the extremely environmentally friendly production footprint LIHT will be using in the community.

Sections 48, 49, and 50 cover notifying community authorities.

They are only required to notify a senior official from the local community, the fire, and the police force.

Having a meeting with the community is showing corporate responsibility and maturity.
