My point was it takes longer and costs more and I think we are all agreeing on this. Another point is we have been hearing about "financing" for years so why would they pay extra when they can't even get financing? 12 months is a long time and high estimate however they way this has been going I bet
"due to delays blah blah" it will take that long. I personally don't see them completing any house for at least 24 months. IMO obviously.
