Small Cap Consumer Research wrote: "We are initiating coverage of Galaxy Next Generation, Inc. a value-added distributor of interactive learning technology hardware and software primarily for K-12 classrooms, with a Buy rating and $6 price target, or 11.2X our FY20 (June) EPS of $0.54. Newly public, but with almost 15 years of providing technology solutions to educational institutions, we believe Galaxy, with leading edge touchscreen panel offerings, is well positioned to benefit from the ongoing shift to a fully collaborative and interactive classroom environment. Further, with proprietary relationships and an emphasis on higher margin, value-added segments of the educational technology market, we believe Galaxy is well positioned to drive material, profitable bottom line results. As one of the few publicly traded educational equipment players, and with GAXY trading at less than 6X our FY20 EPS projections, we view the risk/reward in the name as compelling."
