Complete pile of horseshit, oh well it is what it is. Guy trying to force the thing to sell cheaper to him, I would rather they bankrupt the entire company than sell to him. I am willing to lose the lot just to stick it to him. Others I understand may feel differently and I do not relish the thought of losing what I have in RVLT which is considerable over 100K but it is what it is. A tax loss to me to stick it to him is worth it. Next he will say $1 a share seen this before, they pretty much force a sale just to take the company over and reap the rewards themselves.
