I disagree...it confirms something more important than that...

It confirms that what some believed to be a valuation of Kosmos's tech to be worth $500 million was wrong. It's not the tech, or the information garnered which could have an effect on other blocks.

IT IS THE BLOCK ITSELF.

The 8-K says clearly that Kosmos values ERHC's block to be worth $500 million.

It also says they have so far had the money to tackle the legal battle...and they believe they have a strong case.

If this leads to a win for ERHC or a settlement...that could value the company in the pennies and not the fractional pennies.

That's HUGE!!!
