I don't think it is illegal to try to move the market in a direction that suits yourself


Well, it for sure is illegal to spread claims that are untrue to shift the PPS.


There was some teenagers who got convicted for this a few weeks (?) ago in Norway or Sweden. They had been pumping stocks with fake news and then sold out with a nice gain.

There will of course be a grey area, but spreading things one know are untrue with the purpose to alter the PPS is illegal.

Last post for the day :o No comments from me about the Q3-report when it comes (I assume we still will get the ordinary report, even though we got the PR on Merkur)
