I have been in other RS stocks and have heard these companies say RS is good for shareholders because it brings in big investors who don’t buy penny stocks. Plus your stock value is unchanged other than owning fewer shares. They are totally wrong saying this and trying to convince you it is good for investors. We all know the stock value will drop like a rock after a RS.
