Here's my take, which is just my opinion:

PR re. fins Monday 19th- the PR could be later in the day to include language from the court decision. If ARYC loses in court, the PR could state a later date (26th perhaps?)for filings. That gives ARYC time to work out a settlement in lieu of an appeal. If ARYC wins in court, the PR could announce fins release sooner, perhaps the next day.
