SIAF does not know at this stage if it will be able to pay the cash dividend or not

I have to disagree with you on this one; even if we take September 30th as the date of the Q3-report then they have been planning for this ever since the Q1-report, and it would be SUPER easy to know by when AR is due (especially since Solomon is the CEO of TRW).

Now, the Q3-report came on November 14th and they expected to be cash-flow positive mid/late Q4. Well, we're mid Q4 now, so we're entering the time periode where SIAF expected to be cash-flow positive. We only have 1.5 months left of Q4, so they should know now whether they will be cash-flow positive.

Also; it would be wreck-less beyond stupid (even by Solomon standards) to announce the cash dividend policy and not plan ahead for it. However, I am not certain that they will announce the cash dividend today, but I did buy a few more shares today
