True, but they did write about the cash dividend policy (and the expected ex dates to be in Q4?) in the Q1/Q2 report. However, I guess they can't provide ex dates in the 10-Q unless they give us the Q3-report/PR at the same time.

Speaking of the Q3-report; We haven't gotten the press release yet. Are they waiting till both markets are open? They normally don't care too much about that.

At least we got the filing on time - we didn't need any more uncertainty and a delay could easily have been intrepreted as very bad news in terms of net income etc.

Also, if the CC does end up to be on November 30th that will be an improvement. Not sure if we should take it as a good or a bad sign though, it could be another carrot, but I would expect them to stall the CC if they needed more time to figure out a solution for the TRW-distribution (and then in the CC state once again that they expect TRW to announce in the next few weeks).
