Many tactics, promises, and misrepresentations were used to intrigue, captivate , and lure in investors. Bestowing yourself a title of Admiral? Come on. In the telephone conference call months ago Thomas Cellucci said, “George Bush himself, bestowed the name “Tommy Boy” as Toms new personal nickname.....” thus establishing a distinguishing flare , notoriety and attempting to bolster trust with investors.
Claims true or FALSE...premier candidate for assignment/Selection and multi-million/Billion dollar contracts pertaining to the Mexico/USA Border Wall.....TV show Vice appearance.......The Wall Deals.....The Tower dels...India Deal...constantly reassuring investors as if nothing at all is wrong...Huge Deals Coming!
Anger and Agitation towards investors? These people sign your check and help build and make you and the company! I GuarenAsstee you that they are pissed because you have made every promise in the world with nothing to show or return to them—AT ALL! NOTHING!!..........No.....Be Patient investors!” .......lies to continually mislead and garner more trust of investors with more ante dilution...No Deals...and more empty promises?? Accountability? Own it!! Theinvestors have reason to be mad. They were lied to.....That’s all on you now.
More stories...He received the Macy’s day parade umbrella from Trump and flew in AF One home that day....used huge deal promises for 3-5 months to retain investors-Darkpulse 20 or 100 million dollar deal(s)? .......Dozens of Contracts,Deals,Partnerships, Alliances with no Contracts or Profits.....People became wiser and saw through-things became more transparent.......
Awkward and peculiar moments.......Steve Forbes was looking straight down in the photo he was in with Cellucci as if to say ,” Who is this guy and here’s your future stock price” ..............Cellucci was Front row White House ,standing near the President of Kazakhstan . That Presidents security team team was sizing Cellucci up in the video the entire time he stood next to them...who is this guy with the weird smile,standing next to us ,staring at us oddly....Is he going to be a problem for us? Then the President of Kazakhstan breezes past Tom without even busting out a handshake on video like he had not even met him before. Tom doesn’t even ATTEMPT to engage him in conversation. There is also an Awkward 3-5 seconds were the President stands in front of Tom acknowledging no one whatsoever....Come on!
I helped promote BVTK Myself....I honestly thought we had a straight legitimate opportunity here with unlimited potential and an honest CEO......I want to personally apologize if I mislead anyone to invest more money here...Sincerely. Not fooled often...But I got Bozo’d on this one!
Many ,many, invested 100%-1000%++ and more being reassured by a CEO they finally trusted with a “Billion Dollar Partnership” Tom Promised Huge Deals-Tom promised a lot and more.....Alliances-Partnerships-Map Deals....We have been let down......Nothing! I lost BIG! Others lost more...Really sucks to entrust your money to someone that is dishonest. What’s really a shame, A G-Damned shame is he was trusted by our countries own DOD And Presidents.
