Don't mistake financial reports issued to the OTC, which isnt a regulatory agency, as SEC Edgar filings.
You were right the first time though The management of NUGS are fraudsters and they are totally incompetent.
IT will be a frosty Friday before you see audited financials of this scam two bit Mickey Mouse outfit.
