CYAP something interesting happening here.

1. SS updated on otcmarkets.com as 50M AS and 49M OS as of 11/14/2018.
2. OS maxed out
3. Last filing on 09/18/2018 showing 24M OS as of 09/15/2018. It means 25M shares issued in the past two months which represents 50+% of the company.
4. NVSOS reinstated 09/04/2018

It could be a reverse merger coming here. At least a change of control just happened.
