Summary

The CEO of EM is closely associated with another 3-wheeled electric vehicle company that has been bankrupt, possibly multiple times. This was not disclosed to SOLO investors.

A recent PR release touting orders neglected to point out critical information. Orders actually plummeted by around 100,000 units over the last 11 months.

EM's facilities were used for the CEO's political campaign, running under the Canadian Green Party but partnering with a Chinese billionaire who fought against environmentalists in his own district.

The company today has just 22k paid deposits for the Solo, despite bragging about billions in preorders.

Unbelievable! But no surprise there has never been ONE 'honest' CEO on Wall Street,,, have to cheat investors to fill their lavish lifestyle.
