If this selling continues there is no chance of hitting QB status without a reverse split. My Reverse split plan may still work.

What kind of balance from the past debt holder do we have left? $200K?

From my recollection the debt holder was making $500K a quarter back then so $200K is chump change to that entity.

I think this is just an ego game between the past debt holder and the past CEO. Both strong minds unwilling to say I was wrong.
