On page 2 it states: You(Drago's attorney) have previously indicated you(Drago's attorney) would provide copies of audit reports of Kayla's anti-money laundering program by New York State and the IRS. The government(the U.S. attorney's office) has not received any documents from the defense(Drago and his attorneys). We(the U.S. attorney's office) renew our(the U.S. attorney's office) request for such reports.
