VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ Africa Oil Corp. (AOIFF) on Tuesday reported a loss of $323,000 in its third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of less than 1 cent.
In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company's shares hit 95 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $1.23.
